Every day of the week, except for different internal needs.
Minimum stay
7 nights from june till mid september; 5 nights before and after. For shorter stays, when allowed, there are supplements.
Prices
Prices are dynamic and may change from day to day without notice.
The price includes (unless otherwise specified): the rental of the mobile home with a maximum of 6 persons (4 for the VIP). Parking for the first car next to the mobile home terrace in the campsite, second cars or large vehicles can be left in the car park at the entrance of the campsite. Second cars pay a supplement according to the Union Lido Mare price list. Air conditioning. Final cleaning. Use of the resort facilities and services (beach, swimming pools, etc.) as for all Union Lido Mare direct guests. VAT.
The price does NOT include: €100.00 deposit to be paid in cash to TopCamp staff at the moment of check-in, which will be returned to you, after a final inspection of the accommodation, at the departure. Tourist tax of € 0.75 per night per person, to be paid at the campsite cash office, at the end of your stay. Bed linen, towels, high chairs and cots, which can be hired directly from Union Lido Mare laundry near the water tower until it closes and then at the hotel lobby until 11pm. Sun beds and sun umbrellas on the beach which can be rented directly on site.
Cancellation policy
Standard rate
- Within 4 hours of booking you can cancel for free
- Up to 30 days before the arrival a cancellation fee of Euro 50.00 is always applied
- From 29 to 8 days before the arrival = 50% of the total amount will be retained
- From 7 to 1 days before the arrival = 80% of the total amount will be retained
- On the arrival day or later = the total amount of the stay will be retained

Booking procedure
For bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival day: a deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay is required, with a minimum of € 100.00.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the arrival day: payment of the full amount is required.
Payments can be made in cash (within the legal limits of Euro 4999.99), by bank transfer or by credit card.
The balance of the stay must reach us at least 30 days before the arrival day.

TopCamp reserves the right to assign the mobile home number according to its needs.
Check-in
Access to the Resort is possible from 11 am, unless otherwise required by Union Lido Mare.
Delivery of the accommodation: although the reception at TopCamp is scheduled from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival, we will try to provide you with accommodation as soon as possible. It is not due and therefore claims can never be made on this.
The delivery of the housing unit is within 20:00.
Arrivals outside the scheduled times must be communicated to TopCamp.
At check-in a security deposit of Euro 100.00 cash is required which will be returned upon departure, after a final check.
Check-out
Check-out from the mobile home is scheduled from 8:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure, after the inspection of the housing unit. After having vacated the pitch, the stay inside the Resort is, allowed until 10:00. In the event that guests want to leave early, an appointment will be arranged for the final check, always during staff working hours. For those who leave in the evening, it is possible to return the accommodation until 6.30pm.
To ensure maximum night-time quiet, it is never possible to depart at night between 20:00 and 7:00; exceptions are evaluated only for those who must take the plane. At the end of the holiday, the tourist tax must be paid.
Insurance
Basically TopCamp declines all responsibility for theft, accidents or damage to things and people, as it is not liable for damage caused by storms, hail, falling trees, branches or pine cones, diseases, including those of plants, epidemics, fires, force majeure, etc.
Standard rate
We strongly recommend that you sign in advance to an insurance of your choice, in case of a cancellation, weather events and/or damage to the structure.

Booking changes
It is not possible to transfer the booking to third parties without the authorization of TopCamp. Changes in the booking date are accepted only up to one month before the arrival date and subjected to availability.
- Complete change of dates: depending on the case, it follows the price list and conditions of the time of booking, otherwise a cancellation and a new booking follows.
- Extension of the stay: follows the price list and conditions of the time of booking, such as a new reservation.
- Reduction of the stay: follows the price list and conditions of the time of booking, such as a cancellation.
The amount, for the entire booked period, must also be paid in cases of late arrivals, early departures or second thoughts.
If the mobile homes booked will not be occupied within 3 days of the expected arrival date without communication, TopCamp reserves the right to re-rent it.
Regulation
Only polite people come to Topcamp. Those who have no respect will be turned away.
The reservation of a TopCamp mobile home also means both to accept and to respect the internal regulations of Union Lido Mare in their entirety.
To respect at any time the possible Management’s decision to remove any guests who are breaking the rules of the resort, without refunds;
To respect the campsite and TopCamp personnel and facilities, otherwise TopCamp will reserve the right to remove any guests as penalty;
It must be clear that the use of candles, mosquito coils and fire in general is strictly forbidden inside and outside the mobile home.
The use of your grill is permitted on gas or electric (never coal) away from the mobile home, the terrace and the flooring.
Any damage caused, by inattention or a careless behaviour, to the accommodation and its equipment, as well as to the campsite and other guests, is the Guest responsibility.
TopCamp is responsible for the mobile home. The entire Resort area is under the responsibility of Union Lido Mare.
Do not bring dogs or other pets into the campsite.

TopCamp is governed by Italian law. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Venice.
