GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: every day of the week.
MINIMUM STAY: 7 nights from mid May till mid September; 5 nights before and after. For shorter stays, when allowed, there are supplements.
The price includes (unless otherwise specified): the rental of the mobile home; people up to a maximum of 6 (4 for the VIP); Parking for one car next to the terrace (second cars or large vehicles can be left in the car park at the entrance to the campsite. Second cars pay a supplement according to the Union Lido price list); air conditioning; final cleaning; use of the Resort facilities and services (beach, swimming pools, etc.) as for all Union Lido guests; VAT.
The price does NOT include: a deposit of Euro 100.00 in cash to be paid to TOPCAMP staff at the time of check-in, which will be returned to you after a final check on departure; tourist tax of € 0.75 per night per person, to be paid at the campsite cashier office, at the end of the holiday (www.impostasoggiornoct.it); bed linen, towels, high chairs and cots, which can be hired directly from the Resort’s laundry. Sun beds and umbrellas on the beach but can be rented on site.
TOPCAMP reserves the right to assign the mobile home number according to your needs.
Withdrawal / Cancellation / Afterthoughts: Cancellation policy.
TOPCAMP is available to review the terms if, upon the arrival of the date by which the balance is due, the situation linked to covid-19 should be very complicated.
– up to 30 days before the arrival date = Penalty of Euro 50.00
– between 29 and 8 days before arrival = 50% of the total amount will be retained
– between 7 and 1 days before the arrival date = 80% of the total amount will be retained
– on the day of arrival or later = the total amount of the stay will be retained.
In case of cancellation, please send your bank details to be able to refund if due. The cancellation must be communicated in writing by e-mail. There is always a cancellation penalty of Euro 50.00, also for reasons related to covid-19.
All bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
INSURANCE: We strongly recommend that you take out insurance of your choice in advance for cancellation, weather events and damage to the structure. TOPCAMP declines all responsibility for theft, accidents or damage to things and people, as it is not liable for damage caused by storms, hail, falling trees, branches or pine cones, diseases, including those of plants, epidemics, fires, force majeure, etc.
Booking procedure
The reservation must be made directly by the Guests who will live in the accommodation. The reservation acquires a binding value only after the payment of the deposit for the amount previously established by TOPCAMP which will be followed by the sending of the written confirmation.
The booking request form, previously sent by our booking office, duly completed and signed by the customer, will be returned. If this form does not reach our offices within 7 days from the date it was sent, the booking request will be automatically cancelled.
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the holiday: a deposit equal to 20% of the total amount of the stay, with a base of € 100.00, is required.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the holiday: payment of the full amount is required.
Payment is done by bank transfer (a receipt of the payment must be sent together with the module mentioned above).
Once the deposit has been paid, the booking confirmation from our offices will follow. The balance of the stay must reach us at least 30 days before the start of the stay (the payment request will be sent in good time).
The payment of the balance will authorize the issue of the voucher (travel document).
Failure to pay the balance for the stay within 30 days of the arrival date will instead lead to the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Booking changes:
It is not possible to transfer the booking to third parties without the authorization of TOPCAMP.
Changes in the booking date are accepted only up to one month before the arrival date and subject to availability.
– Complete change of dates: depending on the case, it follows the price list and conditions of the time of booking, otherwise a cancellation and a new booking follows.
– Extension: following the price list and conditions of the moment in which the extension is booked, such as a new reservation.
– Reduction of the stay: the price list and conditions of the time of booking follow, such as a cancellation.
The amount, for the entire booked period, must also be paid in cases of late arrivals, early departures or second thoughts.
If the mobile homes booked will not be occupied within 3 days of the expected arrival date without communication, TOPCAMP reserves the right to re-let it.
Any damage caused by inattention or neglect to the accommodation and its furnishings, as well as to the campsite and other guests, is the responsibility of the Guest.
Payments can be made in cash (within the legal limits of Euro 999.99) or by bank transfer.
Confirmation of the booking implies acceptance of the General Conditions.
Regulation.
Only polite people are welcome. Those who have no respect will be turned away.
The booking of a TOPCAMP mobile home provides for acceptance and compliance with the Union Lido regulation in all its parts, including any decision by the management to leave the structure without refunds, respect for the resort staff and all its facilities.
Guests are required to comply with the TOPCAMP regulations, its facilities and its staff, on pain of expulsion from the Resort.
TOPCAMP is responsible for what concerns the mobile home. The whole area of the Resort is under the responsibility of Union Lido.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed inside the campsite.
Check in
Access to the Resort is possible from 11 am, unless otherwise required by Union Lido.
Delivery of the accommodation:
Although the reception at TOPCAMP is scheduled from 16:00 to 20:00 on the day of arrival, we will try to provide you with accommodation as soon as possible. It is not due and therefore claims can never be made on this.
The delivery of the housing unit is expected by 20:00.
Arrivals outside the scheduled times must be communicated to TOPCAMP.
At check-in a security deposit of Euro 100.00 cash is required which will be returned upon departure, after a final check.
Check-out
Check-out from the mobile home is scheduled from 8:00 to 10:00 on the day of departure, after checking the housing unit. In the event that guests want to leave early, an appointment will be arranged for the final check, always during staff working hours. For those who leave in the evening, it is possible to return the accommodation until 6.30pm.
After having vacated the pitch, the stay inside the Resort is, however, allowed until 10:00.
To ensure maximum nighttime peace, it is never possible to leave the campsite permanently at night between 20:00 and 7:00; exceptions are evaluated only for those who must take the plane.
At the end of the holiday, the tourist tax must be paid.
TOPCAMP is governed by Italian law. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Court of Venice.
